Skinny Raspberry Acai Mint Spritzer
Girls night in just got better with this Skinny Raspberry Acai Spritzer. Trop50 Raspberry Acai, club soda and fresh mint come together to make this refreshing drink!
Oh yeah, girls’ night in. Now that’s what I’m talking about…even if it’s just with me and my little pup, which happens to be a female. You know what they say: dogs are a man’s best friend. Or in my case, a gal’s best friend. But that’s pretty much any ole day at my house – just me, my pup and the boyfriend.
A girls night in with my favorite gal pals doesn’t happen too often. I’m busy. They’re busy. And we don’t all live in the same town or even the same state. So when a girl’s night in does happen, it has to be special. And full of food, drinks and nerdastic things, cause we’re all a little nerdy.
Skinny Raspberry Acai Mint Spritzer
Girl’s night in essentials at this gal’s house:
- Great food, like these Spinach and Artichoke Wontons, these Strawberry Banana Phyllo Cups and these BBQ Nachos.
- Great music like The Doors, Korn and Nirvana
- Anything Game of Thrones
- Old videos that we used to shoot when we were in high school
- Great low calorie drinks that can be boozy or straight
- A DVD of Rocky Horror Picture Show. It was one of our favs to watch in high school!
This Skinny Raspberry Acai Mint Spritzer is a great drink that can be enjoyed boozy or straight. Want to add a little fun to it? Just add about a half ounce to an ounce of rum to each glass, add the drink mixture, mix well and top off with a slice of fresh lemon.
And of course, don’t forget your favorite cute paper straws. Cheers. Skinny Raspberry Acai Mint Spritzer. Trop50 Raspberry Acai, club soda and fresh mint come together to make this refreshing drink!

Love your list of girl’s night essentials! I totally agree! And I just love the combination of acai mint. These drinks look so refreshing. Pinned!
Thank you, Ashley! Mint is just perfect! I love how it makes any fruity drink much more refreshing. Thank you for stopping by!
Love girls nights but certainly the rum would be mandatory not optional!
YES! I totally agree. Rum would not be optional for me on a girls night. But the option is there for those who don’t want rum…or so you can enjoy this drink any time of the day! :)
Thank you for stopping by, Elyse!
Oooooo… this looks so delicious & refreshing, Julie! I am pretty sure I am going to go the boozy route with this one for girls’ night. ;)
Yeah! That’s the way to do it, Carrie. :)
This looks absolutely delicious, I bet it’s such a refreshing drink!
Thank you, Brittany!
It looks so refreshing, love you’used jars instead of glasses.
Thank you! The jars did give it a nice touch. :)
I think mint kicks off anything. The first time I tried raspberry Acai I was hooked!
Oh man, your girls’ night in sounds like the place to be–especially with such goodies like spinach artichoke wontons and this lovely spritzer! Save a spot for me at your next one :)
Thank you, Amy! Spot saved. ;)
These look delicious and so refreshing! I’m currently pregnant, so I’d have to do without the rum (for now). ;)
Thank you, Allison! :) They are good without the rum. I enjoyed mine without the rum because I made it in the middle of the day on a Sunday afternoon!
You always make the best drinks! I love that there is raspberry flavor in this!
WHAT a girls’ night it would be with these refreshers!
love it, need it :)
Your essentials are spot on for Girl’s night in!! Most of my girlfriends live out of state too so when we do get together, we stay in with some mixed drinks and catch up on great shows and music from the good ole days. This spritzer looks amazing!! Will be refreshing also on a hot summer day.
Ooo sounds like a great Girls Night In, Zainab! Thanks so much for stopping by. :)
Julie, Looks so refreshing and a great alternative to a cocktail. Pinning!
Sounds and looks delicious. And I need one (or four) of those right about now. Pinned!
Thank you, Claire!
Well, I can do without your choice of music, (I’m old!), but these look absolutely festive and wonderful! Thanks!!!
You’re welcome, Mimi!
Oh Godness I need to make this for our next girls night! It looks like one of the best cocktails I’ve ever seen!
And I agree: good music is 100% necessary!
Thank you, Consuelo! You’re gonna love it! :)
After vacation Julie, I need skinny everything! This drink looks fantastic – pinning. Love your GNI list! I have a GNO group – we hit up a different restaurant every month.
HA, I need skinny everything after this weekend. I just ate more than one of those little lemon treats I made earlier today. I feel like I am going to explode. LOL. Thanks so much for stopping by, Deb!
I’ll bring the toast! ;) That drink looks awesome Julie. I have never seen that Trop50, I will have to go out on a quest to find it so I can make that drink!!
Yeah! There are a few different flavors out right now. They are located in the section with the OJ. You’ll have to give them a try. Thanks for stopping by, Lisa!
This would make the perfect girls night in drink! I’m loving the flavors, they sound amazing together! :)
Thank you, Jocelyn!
These look amazing and I can’t wait to make them for my next girls night. My friends and I are pretty busy too so it might have to be for my husband and me at our next family movie night.
Thanks for a great recipe!
Hi Sami! You’re welcome. I hope you enjoy these fun drinks. :)
This looks so refreshing!
Thank you, Vanessa!
This drink looks super refreshing! I love that you can have it with or without alcohol. :)
Me too, Tina! I actually enjoyed these without the alcohol since I made them in the early afternoon. But this weekend while we are doing BBQ, I’ll be enjoying one with some rum. :)
I love the sound of this but I live in Britain. Can you tell me what Trop50 Raspberry Acai is or what I might use as a substitute?
Hi There. It’s a juice that is found over in the Orange Juice section here in the states. If you wanted to make something comparable, you could combine raspberry and blueberry juices, store bought or make your own. Hope this helps! :)
