- 2.5lb chuck roast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large jalapeno, diced
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2.5 oz of hot sauce (I used Tapatio hot sauce)
