Pumpkin Banana Bread Smoothie

  • 1¼ C unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ C pumpkin puree
  • ½ frozen banana*
  • 3 frozen figs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
  1. Pour the almond milk into a blender and then add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
*Can use a fresh banana but the resulting smoothie won't be as creamy.
