Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie (superfoods + vegan)

  • 1½ c unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 4 pitted medjool dates
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ C old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp hemp seed
  • 1¼ C ice
  1. Place all ingredients except for the ice into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend until smooth and frosty.
Makes four 8oz servings or 2 large 16oz servings.
