Tropical Kale Smoothie

  • 1 ¼ C unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ C plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ C frozen mango
  • ½ C frozen pineapple
  • 2 heaping cups of kale
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
