Gluten Free Pancakes

Lately I’ve been trying to cut back on my intake of gluten. I bought some pretty darn good gluten free all purpose flour from Jules Gluten Free recently so I decided to make some pancakes with it. These pancakes were delicious! Not only did they taste like pancakes made with wheat flour, they also had the same texture. If you’ve been looking for a great gluten free pancake recipe, look no further!

  8. I rarely comment on blogs, but I just made these pancakes and had to leave a message!! These were A-W-E-S-O-M-E! I made a few adjustments. I used 2.5 tbsps of applesauce instead of oil. I used 1/2 c of turkish yogurt + 3/4 c of almond milk instead of the regular milk. I also added about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. These were freaking awesome!! Just awesome! The best gluten free pancakes i’ve ever eaten! So thank you so much for sharing this recipe. It will be my new go-to pancake recipe.
