Crockpot Turkey Chili

Ingredients
  • 1⅓lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 small poblano pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 C chopped celery
  • 4 C tomato juice
  • 1 29oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 15oz can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ C chili powder
  • 1½tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey until browned.
  2. Spray your crockpot with cooking spray to coat the bottom and sides. Add the cooked ground turkey.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours
  5. Garnish with cheese, sour cream, green onions and/or crackers
