Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars - This Gal Cooks for Blahnik Baker. Moist peanut butter cookie bars filled with chocoalte chips and marshmallows! #dessert #cookies

These bars are moist. And they stayed moist for days. Well, they only lasted for about 3 days but on that third day, they were still as moist as they were the day I made them. I attribute that to the whopping 1 cup of peanut butter that was baked into these bars. 1 cup you say? 1 cup I say.

Peanut butter is like the best thing ever, yo. So when something claims to contain peanut butter, I better be able to taste that peanut butter.

I based this recipe off of the Peanut Butter Cookies from the Williams Sonoma Baking Cookbook. I’m glad I did because these are some of the best tasting peanut butter cookies I’ve ever had.

Today I’m sharing the recipe for these tasty cookie bars over on my friend Zainab’s blog,  Blahnik Baker. You can find these delicious treats by visiting Blahnik Baker here.

I’m really enjoying the macro lens. I’ve had it for about three weeks now. I really like that I can get a closer shot with it and not have a bunch of wasted space in the shots. Plus, it’s nice to see all of the little details of the food!

Just stopped by your blog. I love that apple rose tart. Gorgeous! Have a good evening!
